Why isn't my remote working?

If your Shoreline remote is not working there could be a couple of different reasons why.

1) Remote may be locked.

If you press the "Up" or green button and your remote flashes the colors blue and white, your remote is locked .

To unlock your remote, press the light bulb and the lock (left and right) buttons at the same time, hold down on the keys for a few seconds until you see your remote flash blue and white once.

The "Up" or green button will flash red if the remote is unlocked.

2) Batteries may be dead.

Replace the batteries.

The new remote requires two Lithium CR2025 (3V) batteries.

These batteries are not available through Shoreline.

3) Remote not synced with control unit.
